Appointments:

To set up an appointment, please send your request through the patient portal under the “New Patient” tab or email, and the office will contact you to coordinate your information, date and time.

Fees:

Initial consultation        $735

Follow up visits greater than:

1/2 hour                          $240

3/4 hour                          $375

1 hour                           $510

15 min increments. $135

What to expect:

At the initial consultation, expect to spend 30 to 40 minutes with Dr Leclerc which includes a discussion of your issues and goals as well as initial discovery and treatment options.

The initial consultation includes the time spent by Dr. Leclerc prior to your appointment to review your intake forms as well as time for post visit review.  If a review of past dental records and x-rays is requested, a separate fee for expertise is requested to look over readings and findings.

Cancellation Policy

Please give a 48 hour notice to the office for a cancellation so we can provide the time to others. There is a $245 cancellation fee for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance or for no shows.
